midlife crisis

Yesterday I had a midlife crisis. I realized that I am turning a whopping TWENTY-FIVE in 2 months. I went running yesterday and I felt so out of shape and started to realize that my body is NOT in it's top condition...and I haven't been eating well...AND I have all these random ailments like shin splints, and feet problems, and failing eyesight and grey hair and I'm tired. Shouldn't I be at my PRIME!?

Sometimes when I read everyone else's blog I feel selfish. Sometimes that's why I don't update. But I figure, since I have not updated in the past 1.5 months its about time for one, even if it is about something so frivolous as my hair.
