SNOW in North Crack??

One time it snowed in Durham, North Carolina. The whole city shut down and all of Parkwood neighborhood was out walking on Revere Rd. The Hatch family was a little discombobulated and resorted to makeshift snow gear, courtesy of Food Lion grocer's. Allyson was a little thrown off, too and decided that snow is best enjoyed while being pushed around in a stroller with an umbrella to keep the snow out of your eyes. All in all it was what some would call a Christmas miracle...

  1. you are an AMAZING photographer! These portraits are off the hook. . . no joke. Every single one could be in an ad-- minus the fact that mom's coat is from the 1970s and everyone has bags on their shoes.

  2. Love them! I just want to add that the individual picture of my child DOES show that she eventually ventured out from under the umbrella to experience the snow. She didn't play snow princess the WHOLE time.

  3. I really like that picture of dad! Honestly, it's probably my favorite. ever. Can I hire you to do a photo shoot? BTW, your visit to NC looked like fun! The shoe bags are pretty funny, though! Who would have thought it would snow in NC the day after Christmas? Beautiful.
